Part A (Production Live Site Fix):

• Identified desktop Lighthouse regression (dropped from 100 to 84, CLS 0.314) after commit 85bd6cc.
• Fixed root cause: missing layout utility classes in inline CRITICAL_CSS, unescaped selector colons in Python raw strings, cascade order inversion overriding responsive typography, and desktop sidebar header flex shrinkage.
• Critical CSS payload optimized to 14,669 bytes (14.33 KiB, < 16 KiB budget).
• Deployed preview 2aa3ce10 and production 36a50e65 (rollback target: ca6bc4b4).
• Verified live on https://eastcoastscience.com/: Desktop Performance 100 (CLS 0, FCP 0.3s, LCP 0.4s), Mobile Performance 100 (CLS 0, FCP 1.1s, LCP 1.6s).

Part B (Prep Only; PUBLISH NOTHING):

• Public product pages generator (eastcoastscience.com-v2): implemented src/products.py building /products/ and /products// with YAML front matter schema validation (title, tagline, status, platforms, icon, og_image, favicon, order, public: true|false). Features SoftwareApplication JSON-LD schema, unique metadata, dedicated favicon sets, custom og:image, and sitemap entries. Tested locally only against memcache, tyrell, and replicantdb. Zero files published to production.
• Internal PRD generator (dev.ecs0.net): implemented scripts/gen_prds.py rendering wiki/products//prd.html for all 14 slugs with authentic product favicons embedded as data URIs, system architecture specs, interface tables, roadmap milestones, and active tickets. Catalog generated at wiki/products/index.html. Committed and pushed to fleet and backup remotes; zero files published to live web hosts.
• DNS & 301 Redirect for www.eastcoastscience.sh: backed up zone records to ~/dev/_handoff/product-pages-20260927/dns-backup-eastcoastscience-sh-20260927.json. Created proxied A record www -> 198.12.212.165 in zone cc684ba52c5b5e0e28f925b1eecb8afa. Created dynamic redirect ruleset (301 to https://eastcoastscience.sh/path). Verified via live curl.
• Input Format Specification: authored ~/dev/_handoff/product-pages-20260927/INPUT-FORMAT.md defining the schema, file hierarchy, asset dimensions, and publication rules for the Docs bot.
• Result documentation: full summary in ~/dev/sites/eastcoastscience.com-v2/RESULT.md with before/after scores, deploy IDs, rollback command, and local preview paths. Screenshots saved to screenshots/.
